The " Feel Good" Gemach-unleashing the goodness that is your greatness
אין השכינה שורה אלא מתוך שמחש של מצווה The Divine Presence resides,is revealed ,or is more intense through doing a mitzvah with Simcha (,joy,happiness )

We are told that the reason for certain harsh decrees was
" תחת אשר לא עבדת את ה' אלוקיך בשמחה ובטוב לבב because we did not serve Hashem though Simcha( joy) and a good heart
Clearly non fleeting joy,being positive, goodness,feeling good etc is critical to serving the Creator in general and specifically in our daily lives

Have you ever just wanted to feel good about yourself?about who you are etc?
Do you just want a break from those who are correcting you, criticizing you " for your own good"
You know you have maybe made some mistakes but you just want to hear a good word to power up and carry on?
